Shopping on Kaua'i is sparse. There is one big mall called Kukio Grove Shopping Mall which is pretty much like all the malls on the Mainland. Each small town has it shopping district which is much more fun to explore. Here are some of the places I enjoyed during my visits.

Harbor Mall across from Kalapaki Beach Island Breeze Open Monday-Saturday 9:30-9 808-246-6488   Island Breeze Boutique is family owned and operated and provides an environment filled with gifts, jewelry, clothing and useful items. Island Breeze prides itself with quality products, new choices and great prices. Stop by on Wednesdays and check out the fun things that Carolyn has stocked and then learn the hula with Aunty Bev at noon.

Kaua'i Product Fair Open Thursday - Sunday 9 to 5 Located on Kuhio Hwy (inland side) in Kapa'a Outdoor Market   Buy island-made clothing, jewelry and more plus fresh produce directly from the artisians and growers. The artists are friendly and love to discuss their art, I've been in October and May and found some new and some different vendors each time. There are two artists there who really know how to design around all shapes of pearls - truly unique and affordable jewelry.
