| Watch out for the incredibly huge thorns when you get out of the
car! The beach is short but the coral reef is not far off and the
snorkeling and diving are great. You can keep going out as far as
your energy takes you the further you go the better it gets. Lots
of snorkel boats anchor off here, you can see it for free. When
you get out a ways you will find one of Maui's many "turtle
towns". The reefs are everywhere and are full of fish, eels
and other life. Watch out for winter and southern swells which can
make the dive tricky. |

of Lahaina just past the French restaurant, look for mile marker
14, park where you can find room under the trees. Watch out for
the incredibly huge thorns when you get out of the car! |
