Ulua
& Mokapu Beaches
|
| Snorkel |
| There is good snorkeling around the rocks between the two beaches
and along the inner reef. |
| Scuba |
| There is good beginner diving around the rocks between the two
beaches and along the inner reef. Straight out is an outer reef
with more interesting viewing. Good place for a night dive where
you are likely to see lobster. |
|
| Driving
south of Kihei the road turns away from the beach, then take a right
on Wailea Alanui to stay near the coast. Take the first right past
the Renaissance Wailea Hotel and you will find some public parking.
There are showers and toilets here too. Be advised the parking fills
up very early. You can also park at the end of South Kihei Road
and walk in from the north end. |
